
Executive Chef Lance Knowling presents a menu of rustic, soulful dishes inspired by his Midwestern upbringing.
Highlights of the menu include:
- Kansas City BBQ Ribs – A homegrown recipe for ribs lathered in Chef Lance’s signature BBQ sauce, served with house fries and slaw
- House Burger – Northridge’s burger is made with Angus beef, Cooper American sharp cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and Chef’s Special Sauce, served in a grilled brioche bun
- Grilled Fish Tacos – For the seafood lovers, try the tacos featuring grilled gulf snapper, avocado crema, marinated onions, cilantro, pico
- Country Buttermilk Fried Chicken – Lance’s family’s beloved recipe served with biscuits, honey pecan drizzle, and slaw
The experience takes place outdoors on the courtyard patio or Northridge’s upper veranda, with sweeping views of the 300 acres of farmland (weather permitting).
In addition to Sundays, Northridge is open for regular dinner service Wednesday through Saturday, offering a separate seasonal menu rooted in rustic elegance and farm-fresh fare.
